Internal Sales Employee (80-100%)

Freiburger Nachrichten AG is looking for an independent and committed individual starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Contact person for our customers regarding advertising and subscriptions via various communication channels
• Support the sales team with quotations, orders, and implementation of print and digital campaigns
• Participation in targeted sales and marketing activities
• Coordination between internal departments to ensure smooth processes

Your skills:

• Completed commercial or comparable basic training
• Initial professional experience in customer service or a similar sales environment
• Digital affinity, good MS Office skills as well as knowledge in handling new systems and AI applications
• Very good German and good French language skills
