Job Description

• Support of qualified nursing staff in the medical field.

• Care, support, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs.

• Implementation of the nursing process in collaboration with qualified nursing staff.

• Guidance and support of trainees and interns.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.

• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people.

• Strong social skills.

• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Good German language skills, spoken and written.

• Professional execution of nursing measures and documentation with electronic systems

• Evaluation and optimisation of nursing processes

• Promotion of interdisciplinary exchange and participation in specialist committees and projects
