Internal Sales Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as an Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d) for a varied and responsible position. You are responsible for your own customer base - from the initial enquiry to the final billing, including national and international shipping. You carry out commercial and technical clarifications of customer enquiries and orders for spare parts. You work closely with internal departments such as purchasing, production planning, warehouse, shipping, and technical services. Your tasks also include following up on outstanding offers, handling customer repairs, issuing returns and credit notes, and processing customer complaints.

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training from a technical environment - this is mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the machinery industry

• Experience in export

• Enjoyment of customer contact and an independent as well as precise working style

• High resilience and structured approach - you keep an overview even with several ongoing tasks

• Very good communication, reliability, and teamwork skills

• Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Excel

• Very good German language skills

• English at level C

• Ideally French language skills
