A technically skilled professional is sought to support and further develop demanding IT environments in the business customer sector. In this role, you are responsible for implementing modern infrastructure concepts, integrating new technologies and ensuring the reliable operation of diverse IT system landscapes. You combine broad technical expertise with a structured approach and a strong understanding of business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and support of complex server, client and virtualisation environments based on Windows Server, VMware and Hyper-V.
Configuration and further development of network, firewall, WLAN and VPN solutions as well as implementation of appropriate IT security measures.
Administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and group policies including user management and access control.
Responsibility for backup, recovery, monitoring and remote management as well as analysis and resolution of complex technical faults.
Realisation of system migrations, integration projects and automations as well as evaluation of new technologies, including AI solutions with practical added value.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ICT system technology or a comparable technical qualification with relevant practical experience.
Solid experience in design, installation and administration of IT infrastructures in the B2B environment.
Good knowledge in several areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, storage, network technology and Microsoft 365.
Practical experience with IT security, endpoint protection, backup solutions and network monitoring; knowledge of Veeam, SentinelOne, RMM systems, 3CX or Microsoft Teams telephony is an advantage.
Analytical and independent working style, strong troubleshooting know-how, interest in PowerShell and automation as well as the ability to independently implement technical projects.
