Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the execution of demanding building construction projects.
- Leadership of the internal and external planning and execution teams as well as support of the client.
- Ensuring project goals regarding costs, quality, and deadlines.
- Optimisation of construction projects and development of economical solutions.
- Responsibility for tenders, awards, and contractor negotiations.
- Participation in acquisition as well as in the calculation of TU offers.
What you bring with you
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced understanding of economic contexts.
- Several years of experience in managing demanding building construction projects in the Swiss construction environment.
- Solid construction-related training complemented by relevant further education (e.g. project management, construction and real estate management, or technician school).
- Ideally experience with a total or general contractor.
- Decisiveness, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance.
- Enthusiasm for demanding construction projects and leading interdisciplinary teams.
