Electrical Site Manager / Installation & Team Leadership (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
You bring experience in electrical installation and want to take responsibility for teams and demanding projects? In this role, you combine technical know-how with organisation, leadership and coordination of various project participants.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of high and low voltage installations
Organisation of work preparation and deployment planning of the installation team
Technical leadership and support of employees on site
Coordination with architects, specialist planners and other project partners
Accompanying projects from preparation to implementation
Ensuring work safety and reliable execution
Qualifications:
Certified Electrician EFZ with several years of professional experience
Ideally further training as a safety advisor or construction manager VSEI
Experience in leading and coordinating teams
High commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility
Independent working style and pronounced assertiveness
Very good German skills as well as good PC user skills
Driving licence category B
