Sales Support Officer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Support of national and international customers as well as active maintenance of long-term customer relationships in close coordination with the field sales team

• Professional recording of customer requirements, clarification of open questions and reliable handling of all customer concerns until implementation

• Independent preparation of calculations and offers as well as prompt processing of incoming enquiries and orders

• Technical coordination of feasibility, specifications and technical requirements in cooperation with the departments of design, layout and printing technology

• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates, proactive communication in case of changes and solution-oriented collaboration with all relevant interfaces

• Regular updating of price lists and offers, obtaining necessary internal approvals and diligent maintenance of master data in the ERP system

• Intensive cooperation with the departments of production, logistics, quality assurance as well as sales field and internal sales

• Participation in structured documentation and active contribution of improvement suggestions to optimise internal processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in internal sales or customer support

• Prior knowledge in the field of packaging solutions

• Structured, conscientious and service-oriented approach

• Clear, binding communication skills and enthusiasm for customer-oriented solutions

• Strong team skills and aptitude for collaboration with various departments

• Experienced use of MS Office and ERP systems

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Basic understanding of design, layout or printing technology as well as experience in price and offer management or process documentation
