Your tasks

• You ensure the completeness and accuracy of master and billing data and plan necessary adjustments proactively
• You carry out the billing processes from data delivery to invoice creation and monitor the set deadlines
• You independently analyse and correct errors in the billing and take care of assets not yet billed
• For the creation of evaluations, you maintain the relevant databases and data bases
• You actively participate in tests, release changes and projects and document change requests as well as incidents
• The invoicing of billed assets as well as deputy tasks within the billing team complete your area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education and bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the energy industry or a comparable environment
• Experience in customer support as well as in project and quality management strengthen your profile
• You have sound knowledge of billing processes and confidently use SAP IS-U as well as other billing and process systems established in the energy industry
• You approach tasks independently and with commitment and contribute to good teamwork with your constructive manner
• Structured, reliable and motivated work as well as the joy of discovering and implementing new solutions characterise you
• You use fluent German confidently in customer dialogue and consulting, French skills give you an advantage
