The thermoludic complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, combines several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a wellness Mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness centre, and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Versatile Reception and Sales Assistant 80–100%

Your profile:

Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, retail manager, or equivalent training

Experience in reception, front desk, or sales

Excellent presentation and customer service skills

Comfortable with IT tools and cash register systems

Dynamic, versatile, and team-oriented

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Good command of French; any other language is an asset

Good presentation, friendly and dynamic

Knowledge of the Romande lottery is an asset

Your tasks:

Welcome and assist customers, manage reservations

Promote, advise, and sell our services and products

Handle bookings and administrative follow-up related to reception

Manage payments and cash register operations

Receive, check, shelve, and restock goods

Collaborate with various departments to ensure a quality customer experience

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
