Mandated by one of our clients active in the field of tinsmithing and roofing in Valais, we are looking for a
Certified Tinsmith / Team Leader (M/F)
- Certified tinsmith or equivalent training
- Proven experience in Switzerland in the field
- Excellent mastery of tinsmith work on site
- Fully autonomous and capable of managing a site alone
- Ability to supervise and organise the work of a small team of 2 to 3 people
- Good plan reading skills and ability to convey instructions to the team
- Responsible, organised, precise, and reliable person
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Organisation and complete execution of tinsmith work on site
- Reading plans and preparing the different work stages
- Task distribution and supervision of a small team of 2 to 3 people
- Taking measurements, marking out, shaping, and fitting tinsmith elements
- Making joints, drainage, fittings, and finishing
- Autonomous work on roofs
- Monitoring progress and quality control of the work
- Respecting plans, deadlines, and safety regulations
