Key Account Manager Coop Switzerland (60-80%)

You lead the strategic category and business development with Coop and Pronto - results-oriented, data-driven and with direct impact on growth and profitability.

You work on assortment strategies, innovation rollouts as well as promotional performance and are part of the annual negotiations in a dynamic FMCG environment that demands - and fosters - quick decisions, clear goals and measurable successes. You operate from our headquarters in Liechtenstein.

Your tasks

• Ensure optimal and professional support of our customer Coop in operational business
• Analyse market developments and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with our product management to ensure timing and commercial success of innovation projects
• Create and negotiate offers and price adjustments
• Regular assortment analysis and optimisation
• Develop multi-year planning and volume as well as revenue planning
• Close coordination with planning and logistics to ensure high delivery accuracy
• Monthly forecasts and initiation of measures to achieve targets

Your profile

• Completed business studies (university/FH) or a comparable qualification with relevant additional training
• Several years of experience in key account or product management (food or FMCG) in the Swiss retail market, ideally in the area of private label food products
• Proven success in strategic management of major customers
• You are strong in negotiation and communication
• You think entrepreneurially and have a pronounced P&L understanding
• You keep an eye on strategically important levers without neglecting operational detail management
• You work effectively and solution-oriented across departments
• Leadership or project management experience
• Fluent in German; French is an advantage
