Digital solutions in healthcare make a crucial contribution to efficient processes and modern patient care. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who manages a clinical information system, further develops it, and acts as an interface between specialist departments, IT, and manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of a central clinical information platform
Configuration and optimisation of digital documentation processes for medical specialist departments
Support and further development of user interfaces for the structured recording of clinical information
Analysis of technical faults and coordination of sustainable solutions with internal teams and software partners
Ensuring high system availability and reliable application performance
Planning and accompanying system updates, extensions, and technical adjustments
Support of interfaces between clinical information systems, medical devices, and peripheral systems
Support for users in 2nd-level support and coordination of complex manufacturer enquiries
Implementation of data protection, security, and quality requirements in the clinical environment
Creation of technical documentation and optimisation of existing operational processes
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in supporting database-driven applications
Knowledge of server technologies, interfaces, and databases
Experience with SQL, PowerShell, or C# is an advantage
Understanding of clinical processes or experience in healthcare is desirable
Analytical and structured working style with a strong solution orientation
Independent personality with strong communication skills
Interest in digital health, healthcare IT, and modern integration solutions such as HL7 or FHIR
