For an SME active in the medical sector and based in the Lavaux region, we are looking for an urgent temporary assignment for a:
Payroll Manager M/F 100%-80%
Urgent temporary assignment for a duration of 1 to 3 months
Job Description
- Management of the payroll and social insurance process (approximately 400 employees), fixed and variable salaries
- Management of withholding tax in various cantons in French-speaking Switzerland
- Handling of sickness, accident and other absence cases
- Processing of various administrative documents (employer certificates, interim earnings...)
- Various administrative tasks in support of human resources
Profile sought
- HR manager certificate and/or training in social insurance
- Minimum 3 years successful experience in payroll management in Switzerland
- Proficiency in Abacus software and Excel
- Rigour and precision
- Good adaptability and autonomy
- Service and team oriented
