• Proactively support and advise customers by actively taking sales initiatives with a strong focus on service-oriented customer care
• Ensure that goods are attractively presented, price labels are correctly attached, and the sales area is well maintained
• Co-responsibility for conducting inventories
• Co-responsibility for operational safety according to safety guidelines
• Assist our valued customers with complaints and provide them with expert advice

• Several years of experience in retail
• Completed retail apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) is an advantage
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing including proficient IT skills
• You have a sense for colours, shapes, trends and beautiful living, as well as a friendly and service-oriented manner and great enjoyment in customer contact
• You work precisely and reliably, with strong team and communication skills
• Your strong planning and organisational skills, combined with your initiative and enthusiasm, complete your profile
