As an Electronics Technician / Mechatronics Technician in Technical Customer Service, you are the crucial interface between product and customer satisfaction. With your technical know-how, you support our customers in the proper use of our products – through precise analyses, clear communication, and a collaborative partnership with product management, production, and sales. What I do

• You support our international sales with sound analyses and help to resolve customer concerns quickly and competently
• You ensure clear communication and close cooperation with the sales units to handle technical enquiries efficiently
• You conduct professional product analyses and document them
• You actively contribute to securing quality standards and continuously improving processes in the service area
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

What it takes

• A completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician – ideally complemented by further training as a HF technician in measurement technology or electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge in measurement technology and experience in product support
• A customer- and solution-oriented working style with which you confidently handle complex concerns
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, as well as fluent German and English
