Specialist HR-Payroll (m/f/d)

Role:
- You record entries and exits in the payroll system and carry out personnel changes
- You process variable payroll data and withholding tax calculations
- You support employees and supervisors with questions regarding time recording
- You take on administrative tasks and settle family allowances as well as daily sickness benefits
- You carry out the monthly payment run
- You process compensations for paternity and maternity leave
- You monitor continued salary payments and submit all notifications to authorities and offices
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education or professional experience in HR and payroll
- You have sound knowledge in social insurance
- You are characterised by flexible action, analytical thinking and the ability to accept criticism
- You are an empathetic and socially competent personality
- You value loyalty, discretion and precision
- You have good SAP knowledge
- You have very good German skills; French and English skills are advantageous
