Located in Château-d’Œx, at 1000 metres altitude, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, elderly care, as well as home care. For its Human Resources sector, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre is looking for a:
HR Specialist - Payroll (Permanent Contract - 60%)
Your mission:
- Ensure the monthly processing of salaries and their variable part (allowances, overtime, bonuses, etc.);
- Manage procedures related to withholding tax;
- Prepare various documents intended for employees and authorities (pay slips, salary certificates, etc.);
- Carry out the necessary administrative procedures with social insurances, authorities and external partners related to payroll.
Other responsibilities / versatility:
- Support the HR department as needed with various administrative tasks and processes: personnel file monitoring, medical certificate follow-up, management of sickness cases and absences, document preparation, etc.
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification;
- Certificate as Personnel Management Assistant,
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare sector;
- Good command of common IT tools; knowledge of Opale and PolyPoint (PEP) systems is a significant advantage;
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Versatility, flexibility, initiative and autonomy;
- Excellent organisational skills and thoroughness in work;
- Good stress resistance and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
