Windows Server Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 105,000Our Rocken partner is an IT service company specialising in providing IT infrastructure for its customers. With a highly motivated team that values continuous training and a good working atmosphere, our Rocken partner is available to its customers for all IT matters.
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for planning, implementing, and operating modern system and infrastructure environments. You ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the systems entrusted to you and analyse and resolve disruptions sustainably. Additionally, you evaluate and implement new technologies to continuously optimise the existing system landscape. As a professional, you contribute your experience to solution design and actively participate in the standardisation and automation of processes. Through your structured working method and quality awareness, you significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse requirements and design customised solutions
- In this role, you implement and maintain networks, servers, and systems
- As an IT specialist / system engineer, you ensure system performance, stability, and security
- You independently support customers on-site and remotely in consulting
- In this role, you train customers in various subject areas
Qualifications:
- You have a vocational qualification as an IT specialist and/or a Microsoft certification in the area of Windows Server
- You have experience in the areas of servers, networks, and virtualisation
- You enjoy independently managing customer support and planning your work
- You like working in a team, are flexible, responsible, and reliable
- You think analytically and in a connected way
- You hold a category B driving licence
