No night shifts
What you will achieve with us
- Independent execution of complex and specialised nursing assignments at our clients' homes
- Professional wound and pain management according to current nursing standards
- Co-responsibility for the planning, evaluation and documentation of the nursing process
- Time to care for and support our clients individually and undisturbed
- Advice and support for relatives as well as other persons involved in the nursing process
- Participation in quality assurance and further development of nursing processes
What you bring with you
- Basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Independent assessment of nursing situations
- Appreciative communication - good IT user skills
- Willingness to be on the move by bicycle
