Role:
In this position, you design and develop innovative sheet metal components and assemblies - from the initial idea to series production readiness. You take on the technical leadership of exciting development projects, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and thus contribute significantly to the success of new products.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualisation, management and implementation of design and development projects
Creation of all project documentation including scheduling, coordination and progress monitoring
Close communication with customers and suppliers within the scope of product development
Collaboration with internal departments such as manufacturing, purchasing, production engineering, production planning and sales
Implementation of optimisation and improvement measures in the sense of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training with further education as a technician HF or equivalent qualification in product development
Experience and interest in industrial product development and technical project management
Communicative and responsible personality with enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German skills, good English skills advantageous
Confident handling of 3D CAD systems; ERP knowledge desirable
Experience in the sheet metal processing industry advantageous
