Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Construction Management / Renovation & Maintenance for the technical supervision of a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio. You will be responsible for repair, renewal and renovation projects from project definition to completion, representing the interests of the ownership. In addition to operational project management, you will analyse existing properties, identify construction potential and develop economically viable renovation and maintenance concepts. You will coordinate internal departments, authorities, specialist planners and contractors and act as the central contact person for the client.
Responsibilities:
Co-responsibility for the scheduled maintenance, repair and preservation of a residential and commercial property portfolio
Management of smaller renovation measures up to major cyclical renewal projects
Control of projects from project definition and planning to implementation and completion phase
Conducting condition analyses and identifying renovation, optimisation and development potentials
Development of renovation strategies, variant studies, cost estimates and decision-making bases
Planning and coordination of architectural and construction services in existing buildings
Representation of the client and owner vis-à-vis authorities, specialist planners, specialists and contractors
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Coordination of tenders, offer comparisons, awards and contracts
Leading project and construction meetings as well as coordinating all planning and execution interfaces
Accompanying acceptances, defect rectification, project completion and construction documentation
Advising internal and external contacts on construction, technical and real estate-related issues
Qualifications:
Education as FH Architect, Dipl. Technician HF Construction Planning, Construction Manager or comparable construction-technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with experience in leading and implementing renovation and renewal projects
Sound knowledge in building in existing structures, construction management and client representation
Experience in coordinating clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors
Good knowledge of Swiss construction practice as well as relevant SIA standards and construction processes
Confident handling of MS Office and construction administration software, knowledge of WinBau is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
