Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and technically skilled professional for the execution and detailed planning of demanding architectural and building projects. You will take responsibility for the constructive development of diverse construction projects and support their implementation from planning to realisation. The focus is on the precise creation of execution plans, digital 3D planning with ArchiCAD, and the development of technically and aesthetically high-quality detail solutions. The position combines solid constructive expertise, independent plan processing, and high quality standards with collaboration in interdisciplinary architectural teams.

Responsibilities:

• Independent processing of execution and detailed planning of demanding building projects with various usage and construction requirements

• Creation and coordination of working, execution, and detail plans considering architectural, technical, and building law project specifications

• Building, processing, and maintenance of digital 3D building models with ArchiCAD as well as creation of the required 2D plan documents

• Constructive development of architectural design concepts to ensure technically precise and economically feasible construction execution

• Development and representation of demanding building and connection details for façades, building envelopes, roof constructions, and interior fittings

• Preparation and updating of floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings in close coordination with architects and project managers

• Coordination and integration of specialist planner information from structural engineering, building services, building physics, and other technical disciplines

• Review and quality assurance of execution documents regarding completeness, dimensional accuracy, constructive correctness, and compliance with relevant planning standards

• Participation in the preparation and processing of construction project and building application documents, including consideration of cantonal and municipal building regulations

• Independent organisation and coordination of defined planning tasks including monitoring of processing deadlines and ensuring the required plan quality

• Support of project teams in technical clarifications, materialisation questions, and constructive optimisations during the planning and realisation phases

• Accompaniment of execution through technical plan adjustments and detail clarifications in collaboration with project managers, specialist planners, and site management

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or building draughtsperson, ideally complemented by further training as a certified technician HF in construction planning

• At least three years of professional experience in execution and detailed planning of demanding building projects in the Swiss planning environment

• Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD with solid practice in professional 3D building modelling and creation of precise execution documents

• Strong understanding of building constructions, materials, and construction processes as well as experience in developing and graphically implementing constructive detail solutions

• Good knowledge of Swiss building and planning processes, especially relevant SIA standards, execution standards, and technical building regulations

• Independent, structured, and forward-looking working style with high quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and pronounced attention to detail

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form for technical project coordination as well as teamwork, communication skills, and enjoyment of collaboration in committed architectural teams
