The digital transformation of public organisations requires people who successfully connect technology, processes, and people. We are looking for a committed individual who drives innovative projects forward and helps shape modern digital services for the public sector.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for strategic digitalisation projects in the public environment
Support of projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from conception through implementation to completion
Coordination of complex project landscapes with multiple parallel initiatives
Management of requirements and expectations of various internal and external partners
Establishment of transparent project structures focusing on quality, benefits, and sustainable results
Responsibility for risk, quality, and change management within the projects
Organisation and moderation of workshops, decision meetings, and project committees
Ensuring professional project documentation and structured delivery processes
Participation in the further development of digital administrative services and modern government solutions
Support in strategic procurement and implementation topics
Qualifications:
Education at FH level in business informatics, computer science, or comparable further training
Several years of experience as a project manager in IT, digitalisation, or transformation environments
Sound knowledge of classical and/or hybrid project management methods
Experience with HERMES, agile approaches, or similar frameworks
Confident handling of complex stakeholder structures
High organisational skills and strong communication abilities
Ability to reconcile different interests and develop viable solutions
Experience with public organisations or e-government topics is an advantage
Interest in modern technologies, digital platforms, and innovative administrative processes
