Your working environment:
You will join the Operations Management, responsible for the construction phase of all Alpenda projects. Its mission is to ensure a high level of quality, safety, environmental respect, as well as control of deadlines and budgets.
Our specialised teams work on varied projects, both new builds and renovations, in the residential and functional sectors. Recognised for our expertise in delivering high-end projects, we place great importance on supporting our clients, transparency in our communications, and excellence in our services.
Within this framework, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing works in Valais, contributing to the operational success of demanding and varied projects.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- You participate, in collaboration with the Project Manager, in the development and monitoring of the construction schedule for a new housing project, with the possibility of later involvement in other operations depending on activity evolution
- You organise and coordinate the intervention of various trades, anticipating access, logistics, and safety constraints
- You manage the works and logistics on one or more lots for which you are responsible
- You attend site meetings and ensure the rigorous maintenance of the site diary
- You coordinate and supervise subcontractors to guarantee the smooth progress of works
- You prepare tenders within your scope, check measurements, and verify invoices
- You ensure the administrative follow-up related to the management of your sites
- You guarantee compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) requirements on your lots or area of intervention
- You ensure the application of internal procedures, compliance with ISO standards, and the requirements of the Quality Assurance Manual
- You monitor and control costs, quality, and deadlines to ensure project objectives are met

- Do you have a construction background (Site Manager diploma, architect, engineer, or equivalent)?
- Do you have at least 3 years of experience in site management?
- Do you have successful prior experience in Switzerland in a similar role?
- Are you open-minded, service-oriented, and client-focused, while able to work independently as well as in a team?
- Can you communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build trusting relationships?
