Site Manager - Renovation & Parking Infrastructure

We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Site Manager to strengthen a team specialised in the management, renovation and optimisation of parking infrastructures.

Our client supports private owners, local authorities and property managers in the operation and enhancement of their car parks. Their involvement is not limited to the daily monitoring of the facilities: they advise their clients, study the needs, plan investments and manage renovation projects in their entirety.

The position is aimed at someone wishing to take charge of varied technical projects, from initial analyses to the handover of works, in environments that generally need to remain accessible and functional during interventions.

Your role

You take responsibility for several renovation and improvement mandates concerning existing car parks.

Based on the client’s expressed needs and the condition of the facilities, you analyse the site, identify the necessary works and participate in defining the most suitable technical solution. You take into account the nature of the structure, its use, operational constraints and the financial objectives set.

You prepare specifications, organise tenders and analyse company proposals. You contribute to project costing and the development of investment plans that may span several years.

Once the works are awarded, you coordinate the various stakeholders, organise the construction phases and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and the expected quality level. You anticipate constraints related to the use of the car parks and plan interventions to minimise their impact on users and operators as much as possible.

You also ensure regular communication with clients, companies, representatives and any third parties concerned by the works. Your role is to maintain an overall vision of the project while closely monitoring its execution on site.

The projects you will be entrusted with

The mandates mainly concern the renovation, maintenance and improvement of existing car parks. They may notably include:

• the refurbishment of floors and application of technical coatings or resins;
• painting, marking and signage works;
• renovation of ventilation systems and technical equipment;
• secondary works;
• occasional civil engineering works;
• analysis of slabs, overloads, structures or concrete pathologies;
• consolidation or repair of structures;
• coordination of works carried out in infrastructures kept in operation.

Each project requires an approach adapted to the site, its level of use and the constraints specific to its utilisation.

Your profile

You have a background in construction, architecture, civil engineering or site management.

Your experience has enabled you to acquire practical knowledge in monitoring and carrying out renovation works. You are able to understand a need, structure a project, prepare specifications and support its completion up to handover.

Experience in floor coverings, resins, car park renovation, secondary works, structure sanitation or infrastructure maintenance is an advantage.

You are comfortable communicating with public and private clients and know how to defend your recommendations clearly. Your approach is both technical, pragmatic and solution-oriented.

Autonomous and organised, you can manage several projects simultaneously, set priorities and anticipate difficulties. A technical-commercial sensitivity as well as an interest in the financial analysis of projects will be appreciated.
