CIVILS Works Manager CVSER (M/F)

About the job

We are looking for our "CIVILS Works Management" division in Lausanne and/or Fribourg, particularly for a project in Bulle:

Your profile:

• Engineering training in the building sector or training in building techniques, preferably supplemented by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training).
• At least 2/3 years of experience in works management ideally in CVSER or at least in one of these techniques, preferably in a general/total contractor or works management role.
• Interest in complex and/or large-scale projects in CVSER (industrial, hospital, etc.)
• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
• Good communication skills, team spirit and mutual support.
• Adaptability, flexible, autonomous.
• Motivation and willingness to invest in the profession.
• Holder of a driving licence and mobile (presence on site).
• Knowledge of BIM is an asset.

Your role:

• Responsible for quality, costs and deadlines.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the work of CVSER companies.
• Contractual and financial monitoring of CVSER companies.
• Responsible for compliance with safety rules on site.
• Organisation of receptions and technical commissioning, and resolution of defects.
