Then we look forward to getting to know you. Our interdisciplinary outpatient clinic brings together ten specialist clinics under one roof. This means you can expect a particularly varied and exciting working day. Your main focus will be in the women’s clinic, surgery and urology. Thanks to close cooperation with various specialist departments, you can expect a dynamic working environment with lots of variety and interesting challenges. As a committed training company, we also support up to three MPAs in training and promote the next generation of professionals with great dedication. What sets us apart? You will be carefully introduced to your role and can rely on the support of an experienced team.
- Organisation and ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics
- Clinic management including telephone service, planning and coordination of various examinations
- Performing blood draws, injections and ECGs
- General administrative secretarial tasks including correspondence, managing mail accounts, creating patient appointments, scanning etc.
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 17:00
- No night, weekend or public holiday duties

Skills and potential
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
- Enjoyment in dealing with patients as well as organisational and administrative tasks
- Confident German and good PC user skills
- Independent, reliable, proactive, thoughtful and networked working attitude
- High team orientation and resilience as well as a pronounced service mentality
