It is currently seeking a Mandate Manager to strengthen its team and support its clients with their accounting and administrative needs.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You independently manage mandates in financial and payroll accounting, bringing your organisational skills and reliability to the daily follow-up of files
- You prepare interim and annual closings in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations
- You rigorously prepare tax declarations for individuals and legal entities
- You maintain direct contact with clients and respond to their needs with commitment, building a professional relationship based on listening, availability, and trust
- You handle social charges, collaborate with authorities and insurance companies, and progressively contribute to the management and development of the branch
You offer your new employer
- You hold a federal diploma as a fiduciary agent or an equivalent qualification, or you are currently pursuing training that will lead you towards this qualification
- You have relevant experience in the fiduciary field or corresponding continuing education, with a desire to gradually take on more responsibilities
- You have a B2 level in German that allows you to communicate simply and effectively with colleagues and management in a professional environment
- You master the tools necessary for financial and payroll accounting as well as management IT environments, with a natural ease for technologies and automated processes
- You truly enjoy client contact, like working in a team, and stand out through a positive attitude, recognised interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a proactive spirit
