Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for service, maintenance and repair of sanitary systems in the Zurich area. You will independently carry out commissioning, diagnose faults and perform repair and conversion work on building technology systems. In addition to classic sanitary installations, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance and technical repairs are part of your versatile field of activity. The position is suitable for experienced sanitary specialists who want to apply their technical know-how in a service environment and take responsibility for their own assignments.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance and upkeep work on sanitary systems
Carrying out commissioning and functional checks on newly installed or modified systems
Systematic fault analysis and diagnosis as well as professional rectification of technical faults
Execution of repairs and maintenance work on drinking water, hot water and drainage systems
Carrying out minor conversions and adjustments to existing sanitary installations
Inspection and maintenance of fittings, devices, pipes and sanitary components
Ensuring professional work in compliance with relevant SVGW guidelines and Swiss installation regulations
Independent planning and documentation of service assignments, work reports and material consumption
Technical advice to customers on repairs, replacement solutions and optimisation options
Coordination with internal specialist departments, suppliers and other building technology trades
Participation in the regular on-call service and execution of urgent fault assignments
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as sanitary installer EFZ
Several years of professional experience in sanitary technology, service and maintenance
Sound knowledge of drinking water, hot water and drainage installations
Experience in fault diagnosis, repair and commissioning of sanitary systems
Knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines and Swiss installation regulations
Very good German language skills for service documentation and technical coordination
Valid category B driving licence
