Mandate Manager Fiduciary and Consulting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 130,000Role:
In this position, you are responsible for national and international fiduciary and family office mandates and handle complex issues relating to finance, taxes, and assets. You manage accounting, prepare financial statements, and support entrepreneurial changes as well as corporate law matters. You coordinate the involved specialist partners and independently manage tasks and projects from clarification to completion.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of financial and securities accounting as well as preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations for natural and legal persons
Independent support of national and international fiduciary and family office mandates
Support for foundations, restructurings, relocations, transactions, and liquidations
Handling and coordination of corporate law and contractual issues
Support and preparation of financial, investment, participation, and asset matters
Direct coordination with clients, banks, authorities, lawyers, tax advisors, and international partners
Proactive identification of need for action as well as development and consistent implementation of appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
Federal professional certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting or federal diploma as fiduciary expert
Several years of relevant professional experience in fiduciary, tax, finance, family office, or consulting environment
Sound knowledge of finance and accounting as well as Swiss tax law
Good understanding of corporate law and contractual contexts
Enjoyment of complex issues and ability to independently familiarise yourself with new specialist topics
Independent, pragmatic, structured, and precise working style
Initiative and perseverance in implementing demanding tasks
Confident manner and enjoyment in supporting demanding clients
Very good German and English skills
