To support our growth in the Swiss market, we are looking for a:
Clinical Sales Specialist
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the commercial strategy across the entire Swiss territory, ensuring prospecting of new hospital and clinic accounts as well as the development and retention of the existing portfolio.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, participate in public and private tenders, and conduct negotiations with operating theatre management, purchasing departments, and biomedical departments.
- Support medical and nursing teams in the adoption and optimal use of our equipment: demonstrations, trials, workshops, and support in the operating theatre.
- Represent the company at congresses, trade fairs and professional events in Switzerland.
- Analyse developments in the Swiss medical technology (MedTech) market and identify field needs and expectations to contribute to product development and relay relevant information to our R&D teams.
Your profile:
- Commercial or medical-technical training: biomedical engineering, nursing, operating theatre technician, management or administration of healthcare institutions, or equivalent training.
- Professional experience of at least 3 to 5 years in medical device sales, ideally in a hospital or surgical environment in Switzerland.
- Knowledge of ENT, neurosurgery and/or spinal surgery is an asset.
- Excellent command of French and German: one of the two languages must be mastered at a native level, while the other must be perfectly mastered both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Swiss German is an additional advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in clinical and hospital environments.
- Autonomy, rigour, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take initiative and strong customer solution and satisfaction orientation.
- Valid driving licence and availability for frequent travel throughout Switzerland.
