- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories in Jira.
- Document functional specifications and contribute to documentation in Confluence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide ongoing support to the development team throughout sprints.
- Perform structured functional testing and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.
- Identify, track, and follow up on functional issues.
- Ensure compliance with banking standards and security requirements.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, ideally in private banking.
- Solid understanding of digital banking environments, particularly web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with functional testing tools such as XRAY and Postman.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
