Role:
In this role, you take on the "Trusted Advisory" function for renowned clients in the field of identity and access management and contribute decisively to their project success. You are responsible for the entire consulting process from the pre-sales phase through conception to implementation and also accompany ongoing operations. With your profound expertise, you support customers and internal stakeholders as a competent contact person and guide them confidently through all project phases. Thanks to your empathetic mindset and strong communication skills, you succeed in precisely capturing requirements, developing tailored solutions and building sustainable trust. As a senior consulting partner, you thus significantly shape the strategic development of your clients’ IAM landscape.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for IAM projects from initial scoping to successful delivery.
- In this role, you act as the central contact for all customer stakeholders, including C-level.
- You develop and document IAM strategies, target architectures, roadmaps and policies.
- As a consulting identity and access management specialist, you translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, budget and quality standards.
- In this role, you work closely with the implementation team and provide conceptual and architectural advice.
Qualifications:
- You have many years of experience in the IAM environment and are very familiar with common technologies and processes.
- You have solid practical experience in project management and are used to managing projects independently.
- You bring experience in consulting and can competently advise customers.
- You communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience, both in German (very good) and English (good).
- You are willing to work on-site at the customer if required and appreciate a dynamic working environment with changing projects.
- Ideally, you have certifications in IAM technologies (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt, midPoint) or in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2).
