Key Account Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on the commercial responsibility for selected trading partners in Switzerland. You manage the collaboration with customers from an economic perspective and coordinate various internal departments for this purpose.
Responsibilities:
Manage business development of individual trading partners based on potential and profitability
Coordinate annual planning with the relevant contacts on the customer side
Independently prepare and conduct negotiations on commercial terms
Interpret business figures and derive concrete priorities for the customer portfolio
Coordinate joint initiatives with Marketing and Category Management
Recognise changes in the market environment early and incorporate them into customer planning
Develop decision-making bases for the further development of existing business relationships
Make ongoing developments and relevant results transparent internally
Qualifications:
University degree or comparable business qualification
Experience in a commercial role in the consumer goods or retail environment
Familiarity with the processes of Swiss retail
Confidence in handling complex discussion and negotiation situations
Good understanding of economic key figures
Independent working style with a strong commercial sense
Very good German and English skills
French skills are welcome
