Your tasks

• Project management: You lead HVAC projects from planning to successful implementation and reliably control them in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality.
  
• Infrastructure & availability: You ensure the operational safety and availability of production-relevant infrastructure (especially ventilation and refrigeration machines) including maintenance according to TPM principles.
  
• Concept & strategy: You create technical concepts as well as investment proposals and continuously develop the infrastructure through analyses and roadmaps.
  
• Interface function: You work closely with production, facility management, and external partners.

What you bring

• You have successfully completed a basic EFZ training in the HVAC field.
  
• You have technical further education (HF/FH building technology with a focus on heating/ventilation or comparable).
  
• You have several years of experience in managing and implementing complex HVAC projects.
  
• You possess a deep understanding of system availability and operational safety and convince through entrepreneurial thinking.
  
• You are characterised by high initiative and resilience.
  
• You communicate absolutely fluently in German and have good English skills in spoken and written form.
