your tasks

• Planning and developing projects directly on the digital 3D model
• Participation in all planning phases, from building survey to execution planning
• Creating planning documents for new builds, conversions, and renovations
• Communication with contractors, specialist planners, and authorities
• Insight into and active participation in construction administration

your skills

• Completed training as a draftsman specialising in architecture or technician HF construction planning
• Enjoyment of architecture, timber construction, and developing well-thought-out solutions
• Interest in digital planning, 3D models, and modern working methods
• Experience with CAD software, ideally ArchiCAD
• Independent, reliable working style and strong team spirit
