Your tasks

• Client representation for cantonal renovation and new construction projects.
• Representation of the client in various repair / renewal projects as project manager or as client representative.
• Project and quality management during all planning and execution phases.
• Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Coordination of the needs of operations and users.
• Participation in internal specialist projects.

Your profile

• University of applied sciences degree as an architect or completed training as a certified construction manager, technician HF construction management or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project management of planning and construction projects.
• Sound expertise in construction execution, maintenance and repair of buildings.
• Independent and reliable personality.
• Maintenance of open, constructive and solution-oriented communication with internal and external persons.

Your working environment

The Building Department is responsible for 160 cantonal-owned buildings and developed properties. This includes the planning and realisation of new buildings, tenant fit-outs as well as the preservation of the value of the buildings and their operation. The Building Department is also responsible for the subletting of properties and provides various other services (postal service, restaurant, etc.).
