Role:
Our client is an established Swiss company in the field of conversion, interior construction and building modernisation. You coordinate demanding renovation projects, look after customers and ensure that quality, costs and deadlines are met from planning to handover.
Responsibilities:
Independently coordinate conversion and renovation projects
Plan, organise and supervise construction sites
Ensure deadlines, costs and execution quality
Advise customers technically and develop solutions
Coordinate craftsmen and internal specialist planners
Manage project progress and construction administration
Qualifications:
Basic training in the main or secondary construction trade
Further training as a construction manager advantageous
Experience with conversions and renovations in Switzerland
Strong customer and sales orientation
Knowledge of construction administration software advantageous
Driving licence category B
