For one of our partners active in the watchmaking industry, we are looking for an Operations Manager capable of driving progress, uniting teams, and turning daily challenges into tangible results.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise production operations.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.
- Supervise logistics activities and supply chain flows.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and performance.
- Analyse key indicators and implement necessary actions.
- Support, coach, and develop teams.
- Be present on the ground to understand real issues and resolve problems quickly.
- Actively participate in the company’s strategic projects.
Profile
- You have proven experience in the watchmaking industry.
- You have a thorough understanding of operational, industrial, and organisational challenges.
- You possess solid knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and flow management.
- You have a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- You are proactive and anticipate problems before they arise.
- You are disciplined, structured, and rigorous.
- You are curious and always looking for new ideas to improve things.
- You are dynamic, energetic, and ready to take on challenges.
- You are naturally results-oriented and enjoy seeing the concrete impact of your actions.
- You are not afraid to get stuck in and lead by example.
