As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for the strategic orientation and implementation of insurance products. In this role, you take the lead and development of core insurance products to ensure long-term success. You are responsible for analysing market trends and identifying opportunities to increase competitiveness. With your professional-level experience, you are able to master complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. You make well-founded decisions to achieve your department’s goals and promote the success of your organisation.
Responsibilities:
- You take end-to-end responsibility for the Value Hub "Insurance Core" and the associated product portfolio
- In this role, you continuously develop strategy, vision and roadmap
- As Business Owner Insurance Core, you are close to the market and our customers
- You manage the economic side of the portfolio, from budget, costs and revenues to business cases and pricing models
- In this role, you set clear priorities together with the product owners and other teams
- You ensure that our insurance services are developed and operated in a customer-oriented, economical and reliable manner
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable education and training
- You bring several years of experience in a responsible product, business ownership or comparable role at the interface of health and accident insurance business and IT
- You have a strong entrepreneurial and economic understanding as well as experience with P&L responsibility, product management, business cases, budgets and prioritisation decisions
- You have a solid understanding of health and/or accident insurance as well as central insurance processes
- You have experience in agile product organisations and knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PI Planning and Continuous Delivery is an advantage
- You have experience with industry platforms, core insurance systems or SHP/SYRIUS
