Role:
An internationally active technology company specialising in advanced solutions for surface finishing and protection of industrial components.
Particularly exciting is the high technical depth of the work: coatings are specifically tailored to the respective requirements, analysed and continuously developed further.
Employees work at the interface of research, engineering, production and customer consulting and deal with demanding technological issues.
Responsibilities:
You act as the central interface between Group Finance, local finance teams and the finance systems used, supporting both technical and professional queries.
You are responsible for data quality in Lucanet, conduct regular validations and reconciliations, and ensure the quality of the monthly closing processes.
You continuously analyse existing reporting, consolidation and planning processes and develop them further in terms of efficiency, transparency and automation.
In case of system or data discrepancies, you investigate the causes, coordinate the necessary corrections and ensure a sustainable process solution.
You accompany the introduction of meaningful automation and AI use cases in the finance area and actively contribute your ideas to further development.
Qualifications:
You bring about four years of experience in accounting, group reporting, consolidation or auditing.
A training or degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a comparable qualification forms your basis.
You have already worked practically with Lucanet or a comparable EPM, consolidation or reporting solution.
You combine very good Excel skills with a confident understanding of data quality, reconciliations and complex data structures.
You work analytically, solution-oriented and independently, are interested in digitalisation and automation, and have fluent English skills alongside confident German skills.
