Our client is an internationally active company in the field of medical technology, acting as a development and production partner for renowned manufacturers of implants, instruments, and components. To strengthen the production team at the Swiss site, we are looking for a committed individual as a CNC Milling Machine Operator.

CNC Milling Machine Operator

• Independent operation of CNC-controlled 5-axis machining centres in the milling area
• Ensuring quality through visual and dimensional inspections
• Optimising existing programmes and manufacturing processes
• Troubleshooting and ensuring smooth production flow
• Documenting manufacturing orders and inspection results
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes

• Completed training as a polymechanic or CNC milling machine operator
• Several years of experience in CNC milling and precision manufacturing
• Experience in handling CNC controls
• High quality awareness and precise working method
• Independent, structured, and reliable personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement processes
