As a pipeline constructor/welder, you are responsible for the installation, assembly and repair of pipeline systems as well as welding metal components. You ensure that all systems are operated safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and assembly of pipeline systems for various applications (e.g. water, gas, heating systems)
- Welding of pipelines and metal components according to technical specifications and standards
- Conducting quality checks and inspections of installed systems
- Maintenance and repair of existing pipeline systems
- Documentation of completed work and preparation of reports
- Collaboration with other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Compliance with safety regulations and standards during work
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a pipeline constructor, welder or in a related technical profession
- Solid knowledge in pipeline construction and welding (e.g. MIG, MAG, TIG)
- Experience in installation and assembly of pipeline systems
- Good problem-solving skills and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Driving licence class B is an advantage
