What is my role?

• Professional and personnel management of an internal services team (approx. 5 employees)

• Organisation, coordination and further development of internal processes

• Ensuring efficient and high-quality processing

• Support in day-to-day business (policies, mutations, offers)

• Interface between advisory team, customers and insurance companies

• Promotion and development of employees

• Participation in projects and optimisation of service quality

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training and several years of professional experience in the insurance or broker environment

• Qualification as an insurance intermediary VBV

• Initial leadership experience or leadership potential

• Very good MS Office skills

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Foreign language skills (French, Italian and/or English) are a plus

• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact

• Organisational strength

• Sense of responsibility and team spirit

• Structured, precise and punctual working style
