Your Tasks:
- Independent management of accounts receivable including monitoring of outstanding receivables
- Posting and reconciliation of incoming payments as well as control of payment runs
- Execution of dunning processes and coordination of debt collection procedures
- Resolution of discrepancies and handling of complaints in payment transactions
- Reconciliation and maintenance of customer accounts ensuring high data quality
- Advising customers and internal departments on questions regarding invoices and incoming payments
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support with intercompany reconciliations and finance-related projects
- Participation in the further development and digitalisation of financial processes
- Deputising support in other areas of financial accounting
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable or receivables management
- Sound knowledge of dunning procedures and customer account reconciliation
- Good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Analytical thinking as well as precise and independent working style
- High sense of responsibility and strong affinity for numbers
