Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000Role:
As Team Leader Finance and Accounting at our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for the financial accounting, budget planning and the preparation of financial statements for a foundation with a social mission. You lead two employees and provide important decision-making bases for management and the board of trustees through sound analyses. As a member of the management team, you further develop the financial processes and help shape the future of the organisation. The position is to start on 1 April 2027.
Responsibilities:
* You are responsible for the entire financial accounting and budget planning of the foundation.
* You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure the correct billing of services to cantons, municipalities, disability insurance and health insurers.
* You analyse financial key figures and prepare meaningful reports as a basis for decisions for management and the board of trustees.
* You continuously develop the financial processes and work closely with the head of services and the budget holders.
* You lead two employees in accounting, support them professionally and promote their development.
* As deputy to the head of services and a member of the management team, you actively contribute to the further development of the foundation.
Qualifications:
* You have successfully completed the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification at HF or FH level.
* Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER 21 form your professional basis.
* You enjoy working with people and want to take on responsibility as well as apply or further develop your leadership skills.
* You combine analytical thinking with a structured way of working and the ability to explain complex financial contexts clearly.
* Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
