Fixed-term Contract - General Accountant - ASAP - Geneva

Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.

As part of temporary reinforcement, we are looking for a General Accountant for one of our clients for a fixed-term contract of 3 to 6 months.

Your duties:

- Ensure the maintenance of general accounting
- Perform routine accounting entries
- Manage bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts
- Participate in monthly and annual closings
- Prepare and establish VAT returns
- Monitor supplier and customer accounts
- Participate in audit preparations
- Contribute to financial reporting
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Your profile:

- Training in accounting, finance or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in general accounting
- Good knowledge of Swiss accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and good familiarity with ERP tools
- Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills
- Ability to become operational quickly
- Immediate availability
