- You promote the independence and quality of life of the people cared for.
- You take responsibility in the daily routine and ensure structure as well as stability.
- You carefully document observations and relevant information.
- You implement individual support and care goals in everyday life.
- You work closely with relatives as well as interdisciplinary professionals.
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ (FaBe) or Social Pedagogue HF/FH
- If foreign diploma: recognition in Switzerland is an advantage
- German language skills at least at B2 level
- Experience in the Swiss social or healthcare sector is an advantage
- High social competence, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and enjoyment in working with people
