Our client is an established social institution in the Zurich region dedicated to the care and support of people with disabilities. With a comprehensive range of services in the areas of housing, day structure, and sheltered workplaces, the organisation offers a professional environment for around 550 cared-for individuals and numerous committed employees. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a compassionate person as a Care Specialist / FaBe (70 - 100%).

Care Specialist EFZ

- Accompanying and caring for people with severe disabilities

- Agogical care of residents

- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration within the team

- Assistance in managing the group household

- Completion of administrative tasks

- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ - Solid professional experience with severely disabled people - Good German skills in spoken and written form - Independent working style with differentiated perception and reflection - Good PC skills for administrative tasks
