M365 System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You analyse customer needs, develop and implement comprehensive workplace solutions based on Microsoft cloud technologies (M365) and thereby create measurable added value
- You independently manage customer projects and advise SME customers in all areas of IT infrastructure
- You actively contribute to solving customer issues in 3rd-level support and continuously expand your know-how, always close to the customers’ needs
Qualifications:
- You have a completed vocational training in IT EFZ with a focus on platform development or system technology
- You bring several years of experience and are well versed in the migration and integration of Microsoft 365 online services (Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint online, etc.)
- You are proficient in using Microsoft security products (Defender, Purview) and have experience in cloud security
